Do You Need A Vacation, A Holiday?

Do you need a vacation, a holiday? Of course, you do! Some have said that a vacation is a luxury they can't afford: can't afford to take time off work, can't afford the expense. On the contrary, a vacation is necessary for our mental, emotional and physical health.
When you have stagnant energy in your HOUSE and your house feels stuffy, you can break up that energy by opening windows, burning sage or incense, or creating noise with music, clapping or singing.
When you  have stagnant energy in your BODY and you feel you are in a rut or stuck, you get a massage, exercise, a brisk walk, sing, deep breathing, do a cleansing drink, vitamins, or a dietary change, and you dispel negative feelings and symptoms.
A holiday or vacation is one of the best ways to break up stagnant energy in your LIFE! You are treated to new sounds, new sites, new feels! You're in a place that you're not used to and this stimulates all your senses to break up stagnant energy. You hear new traffic patterns, new voices, new accents, new conversations, the crash of waves, the echoes in the city or mountains, new sounds in nature. You see new colors, new architecture, new faces, taste new foods, smell new scents, feel  new temperatures.
And it doesn't have to be costly. It can even be a day-trip or weekend get-away! You return home renewed and refreshed and invigorated to take on every-day responsibilities and new challenges. You begin to look at things differently. Your appreciation and awareness are more focused on things you may have taken for granted before. Your intuition and perception are heightened!
Studies have shown that emotional and mental health affect physical health and job performance. Can you afford to take a vacation? Can you afford NOT to?
A vacation, a holiday, is a necessity for your whole well-being, body, mind and soul!
